O The replacement blade is wrapped in a paper with 2 pcs. of blades in a stacked condition. The remaining blade should be stored in the wrapping paper for the future replacement (Fig.1).
O Loosen the two screws, and set the replacement blade between the plate and scraper. Please make sure the razor blade is set outward (Fig.2).
O Then tighten the screws firmly. The blade cannot be mounted completely parallel to PRO RAZOR spatula due to the variation of screw hole position.

O Stainless Steel products have high heat conductivity. If left near the heat source such as the stove, the tools gets hot, and become a cause of burn, Do NOT leave the tools near the heat source.
