DIRECTIONS: Offer to insects in a shallow dish 24-72 hours prior to being used as feed items. As a powder: add to feeding vessel and make sure to also provide a source of hydration. As a Gel: Brin­g water to a boil o­n stove, in microwave or kettle. Pour boiling water into a bowl and immediately stir in powder (1 part powder to 2-3 parts water). Let cool or immediately pour into mold. Gel will set at room temperature.

DIRECTIONS: This product contains high levels of preformed Vitamin A (Retinol).  As a regular supplement, it should not be used more than once per week by “dusting” insects, or sprinkling on fresh vegetables at a level of one teaspoon per pound. DIRECTIONS: Mix one part powder into not more than three parts water and stir until blended. Microwave until it starts to boil, remove and stir. Alternatively, bring water to a boil on stove, remove from heat, and stir in powder. Let container cool, or immediately pour into a storage container or mold, and let sit at room temp until firm. The finished gel can be cut into cubes, shredded, or used as a whole slab. Whatever is not used immediately should be treated as fresh food. It can be stored sealed in refrigerator for up to two weeks, and in freezer for up to six months. Do NOT use more than three parts water or overhydration can occur.
