1. Rinse the test vessel several times with the water to be tested and fill to the 5 ml. mark.
2. Add 1 drop of reagent # 1 and mix well. The solution will turns to blue colour.
3. Add reagent T drop by dropand swirls the test vessel gently after each drop when the solution change to violet.
4. Add 1 more drop and the solution turns to reddish orange. Then count the total drop and record as A.
Total Alkalinity = AX17 (mg / MCaCO)
วิธีใช้งาน
1. ล้างหลอดทดสอบด้วยน้ำตัวอย่างหลายๆครั้งและเติมจนถึงขีด 5 มล.
2. หยดน้ำยาทดสอบ # 1 1 หยดแล้วเขย่าให้เข้ากันน้ำตัวอย่างจะเปลี่ยนเป็นสีน้ำเงิน
3. หยดน้ำยาทดสอบ T ลงในน้ำตัวอย่างและนับที่ละหยดพร้อมทั้งเขย่าไปด้วยกันจนสีของน้ำตัวอย่างเปลี่ยนเป็นสีม่วงอมเทา (ใกล้ถึงจุดสิ้นสุด)
4. หยดน้ำยาทดสอบ T ต่ออีก 1 หยดน้ำตัวอย่างจะเปลี่ยนเป็นสีส้มแดงนับจำนวนหยดทั้งหมดบันทึกเป็นค่า A
